Mostly yes, but a few parts should be softened or clarified so you don’t accidentally promise something Printify itself doesn’t guarantee. 🕯️📦

Here’s what I’d adjust:

  • Printify’s production window is typically accurate at 2–7 business days, though some providers are faster/slower.

  • Shipping estimates vary heavily by provider and carrier, so wording should emphasize they are estimates.

  • Printify does allow replacements/refunds for damaged or misprinted items, but usually requires claims within a limited window.

  • “Lost packages” policies vary depending on tracking status and provider.

  • International delivery timelines can sometimes exceed 21 days.

The biggest thing:
⚠️ You don’t want your policy sounding like you personally guarantee carrier delivery times.

For Shopify/POD stores, safer wording is:

“estimated”
“typically”
“may vary”

instead of absolute promises.

All items at Foxglove & Flint are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is created especially for you, processing and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the product and fulfillment provider.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, seasonal launches, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • 7–30 business days

International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different production partners or shipped from multiple locations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing

  • buyer’s remorse

  • change of mind
